An appointment to prepare the bid
Tender documents, application, challenge: clients book a slot that is actually free
Your clients open Appointment booking, pick the type of support and the lawyer, then confirm a free slot, synced with Google Calendar. When a deadline is close, the appointment is booked without an exchange of emails. With every booking, you and your client receive a confirmation email.

An assistant that answers from the notices
The Chatbot also reads the feeds connected to the app
“Which road maintenance contracts are open in the region?” The Chatbot searches the imported notices and your articles, then answers in the language of the question. It relies on what the app contains; the analysis of a tender remains yours.

The application file, prepared with you
A form with a file field for references and certificates
Build a Form section: contract reference, lot targeted, certificates and references as attachments. You get an email for each submission, and the preparation starts with the material in hand.

Tender monitoring, in the app
One RSS feed per search, one notification for the sector concerned
Add one RSS Feed section per saved search on a tender platform that offers one: new notices appear in the app. Then alert the client group concerned with a push, construction, services, IT. Your analyses of major tenders are published alongside.

Your published analyses

Deadlines in an agenda
Publish bid submission deadlines in an Agenda section, with their link.
One calendar per lawyer

Public procurement lawyer app: frequently asked questions
Can the app show a platform's tender notices?
Yes, if the platform offers an RSS feed: add an RSS Feed section with the feed's address, and new notices appear in the app. Without a feed, the app cannot retrieve the notices.

You choose the notices that deserve an alert, and send a push to the group concerned, right away or at the time you choose. The push can open the feed's section directly.
Can alerts be split by sector?
Yes: one User group per sector, and each push targets the chosen group. Your clients sign in to the app to receive their group's alerts.
Can the assistant answer questions about the notices?
Yes: the Chatbot also relies on the feeds connected to the app, in addition to your articles, and answers in the language of the question.
Can a bid be submitted from the app?
