Sessions your clients book 24/7

Your clients book a slot that is really free, from your app

Your clients open Appointment booking, see your free slots and confirm in a few taps, evenings and weekends included. Each slot takes a single booking: it is the tool for one-to-one sessions, assessments and trial sessions. You and your client both receive a confirmation email, and the appointment lands in your Google Calendar at once. The session is paid the way it is today, outside the app.

Your programs, between two sessions

Exercise videos, audio sessions and advice, published from the back office

Publish your exercise demonstrations as videos, your guided sessions as audio and your nutrition advice as articles, sorted by level and goal. In the native apps, audio keeps playing when your client switches to another app. From the Premium plan, a notification goes out automatically with every new program.

A form that prepares the session

Goal, level, constraints: you know them before the first appointment

When they book, your clients answer the questions you choose, as text, email, phone, date or link fields: their goal, their level, their constraints. You come to the first session with the right information. Only ask for what the session needs.

Sell your programs by subscription

A monthly or yearly subscription, bought in one tap on the App Store or Google Play

Reserve your video programs for subscribers with Memberships: your clients subscribe from the iOS and Android apps, with their Apple or Google account, and a free trial is possible. No GoodBarber commission; Apple and Google take theirs, 15% in most cases. In-app purchase only sells content: your sessions are always paid outside the app. Sell your workout programs by subscription.

Setting up your coaching app: what you configure, in practice

Three settings in the back office turn a request into a confirmed appointment.
  1. Your services, with their length

Create one Appointment booking section per service: one-to-one session (1 h), assessment (45 min), trial session (30 min). Each has its own slot length, and all of them write to your Google Calendar: a booking in one closes the overlapping slots in the others.
  2. Your calendar, or one per coach

Set your opening hours, your exceptional closures and the minimum notice between booking and session. If you work with other coaches, each coach gets their own sections, linked to their own Google Calendar.
  3. The booking form

Choose the questions asked at booking: goal, level, phone, free message. With every booking, you and your client receive a confirmation email.

Three concrete uses, with their price.
To answer

An assistant that answers from your content

“Which program should I start strength training with?” The Chatbot searches your published articles, such as the guides that go with your programs, and only there, then answers in the language of the question.
29€/month
To extend

An interval timer or a 30-day challenge

With the AI Extension Builder, you describe the section you want in the back office, for example “an interval timer, 30 seconds of work and 15 of rest”, and it is generated in your app, in your design.
Free
To operate

Publish a program from Claude or ChatGPT

The MCP server connects your app to the AI assistant you already use: you ask it to publish this week's video and schedule a notification, you confirm, it runs on your app.

The independent coach

Clients book their session in the evening, from the app, on a slot that is really free. Between sessions, they follow this week's video program, announced by a notification.

The coaching studio with three coaches

Each coach has their own calendar, linked to their Google Calendar. The client picks a coach and a slot; the booking form already tells the goal.

The online coach

They sell their video library by subscription on the App Store and Google Play, and keep a bookable assessment for new subscribers.

Personal trainer app builder: frequently asked questions

How much does a personal trainer app cost?

A native iOS and Android app starts with the Premium plan, plus the Appointment booking extension; the Pro plan includes it, together with Memberships. Hosting, notifications and updates are included. Developer accounts are paid directly to Apple and Google.

Can my clients book and pay for a session in the app?

They book, yes: each slot takes one booking, with a confirmation email for you and for them. The session is paid outside the app, as it is today: Appointment booking takes no payment.

Can I sell training programs by subscription in my own app?

Yes, through a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the iOS and Android apps, with Memberships: a single level of access, at least ten reserved pieces of content. Apple and Google take their commission, GoodBarber none. In-app purchase only sells content: your sessions are paid outside the app.

Does the app track my clients' performance?

No: it tracks neither sets, loads nor weight, and does not connect to watches. The booking form collects your client's goal and level; detailed tracking belongs to coaching software.

I work with other coaches: can each of us have a calendar?

Yes: create one calendar per coach, each with their hours, closures and Google Calendar.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You assemble the app from the back office, then publish it on the App Store and Google Play, yourself or with GoodBarber's publishing service.
