A space only your season-ticket holders open

Holders sign up; you file each account in the group that sees the reserved sections

Each holder signs up in the app, then you move that account, from the back office, into the holders' group, for example “Season 2026-27”. Sections locked to that group appear for them alone: the coach's press conference in full, behind the scenes of the road trip, the parking and gate instructions. The rest of the app, news and schedule, stays open to every fan.

A member card that rewards the fans who show up

Three levels, earned game after game at the arena

With the Loyalty card, a season-ticket holder validates a point on game nights, from the app, inside the area you draw around the arena; with a minimum delay between two validations, one game earns one point. The Club card builds on those points: three levels, named Silver, Gold and Premium by default, which you rename and recolor, each with the perk of your choice and how to claim it, such as a signed ball, a courtside seat for warm-ups or a meet-and-greet with the team. The back office ranks your most loyal fans by level.

Game day, from the morning notification to the final buzzer

Home game against the league leader, tip-off at 8 pm. What the app does on its own, and what you send yourself.
  1. Morning: the game-day notification

The game sits in your Agenda section. Turn on Automatic push for it, and the alert fires on game day itself rather than on the day you posted the fixture.
  2. Afternoon: a message for holders only

You write the practical update (doors open at 7 pm, gate B for season tickets) and send it to the holders' group only, immediately or scheduled for 3 pm.
  3. Evening: the point at the arena

Inside the area drawn around the arena, holders validate their game point from the app. The next morning, the highlights video lands in the reserved section.

The season schedule, with the ticket link on every game

Your ticketing stays where it is; the app points to it

Every game has its entry in the Agenda: date, tip-off time, arena, and a button to your ticketing site for single tickets. The app sells neither tickets nor season tickets: your holders buy them where they always have, and the app recognizes them through their group. One tap on the arena's address and the phone's maps take over.

The pro club and its season-ticket holders

The reserved section carries the full press conferences and the locker room after wins; the member card ranks holders by attendance, and the top level watches warm-ups courtside.

The amateur club with youth teams

Parents hold season passes too: each age group has a section reserved for its families, and the weekend schedule lists every team's game.

The supporters' association, independent of the club

When the fans run the app themselves, with their members and their away trips, the supporters' club app fits better.
The supporters' club app

Pro club, amateur club, supporters: which one is yours?

Create the app, open the holders' space and try everything free for 30 days, without a credit card.

What AI does for the club and its holders

Three uses, and the price of each.
To answer

A fan assistant fed by your schedule

“What time is the next home game?” The Chatbot looks it up in your Agenda events and your articles, nowhere else, and gives the date and the arena in the fan's own language.

To extend

A tool to find the right gate

Ask for it in the back office, say “a tool where fans enter their seat block and see their gate and the nearest parking”: the AI Extension Builder produces the section, in the club's colors.

How much does a basketball club app cost?

Publishing on the App Store and Google Play takes the Premium plan. The holders' space relies on Authentication and User groups, paid options there and bundled in Pro; the member card adds the Loyalty card and the Club card, billed on either plan. Hosting, updates and notifications come included.
Premium · the club app on iOS, Android and web55€ /month, billed yearly
Authentication, with Premium12€ /month
User groups, with Premium5€ /month
Loyalty card, with Premium8€ /month
Pro · Authentication and User groups included105€ /month, billed yearly
Apple and Google developer accounts are paid to the stores directly. The app sells no tickets, so no store commission applies here.

Basketball membership app: what clubs ask

What should a basketball membership give committed fans, and what can the app carry?

Recognition, access of their own and practical information. The app carries all three: a member card whose levels follow the games they attend, sections only holders see, and the game-day essentials by notification. Price and seat remain your ticketing's business.

Can fans buy their season ticket in the app?

No: season tickets and single tickets are sold on your ticketing site, which every game in the Agenda links to. The app then recognizes holders through their group. In-app purchase, which can only unlock content, cannot run next to the member card: each relies on its own sign-in system.

How does a holder earn points on the member card?

By validating a point on game nights, from the app, inside the area drawn around the arena. You set the minimum delay between two validations, so the same evening earns a single point. The Club card turns those points into three levels.

Can we send a notification to season-ticket holders only?

Yes: pick the holders' group as the audience of the push. Everyone else keeps getting the club's general notifications, such as the game-day one.

Do fans need an account to use the club's app?

Only for the holders' space and the member card. News, schedule and videos stay available without creating an account; the space stays closed because only accounts you've put in the holders' group can open it.

How much does a basketball club app cost?

Count on Premium for the native apps, plus Authentication and User groups as add-ons, unless you pick Pro, where both come included. The Loyalty card and the Club card are billed on top either way, and Apple and Google charge for their developer accounts.
