A space for paid-up members

Members sign up in the app; their account joins the members' group once the dues are in

Dues are collected the way you already do it. Once a member has paid, their account joins the “Members 2026-27” group, which you manage in the back office, and the reserved sections appear: away-trip details, the general meeting minutes, the tifo plans. The fixtures, the association's news and the join-us page stay public, to recruit.

Away trips, from sign-up to the coach

A form to register, the meeting point on the map, a notification to the travelers

For each away game, a Form asks for the name, the number of seats and the pick-up point; every sign-up is emailed to you, and a CSV export gives the coach company its passenger list. The meeting point and the partner bar at the other end are on the map, and the route opens in the fan's navigation app. The day before, a notification to the members' group gives the departure time; traffic on the motorway, and a second one goes out.

One away trip, three moments

A Saturday away game: what the association sets up in the app.
  1. Two weeks before: sign-ups open

The trip's Form goes online and a push tells members; sign-ups arrive by email.
  2. The day before: the practical details

Departure time and meeting point are in the members' space; a push to the members' group points there.
  3. Match day: the coach leaves

The meeting point opens in the map app in one tap. A last-minute change? A new push reaches every member at once.

Members have their say

Polls through a form, results published in the members' space

Which banner for the derby, which date for the end-of-season dinner: a Form collects the answers, which reach you in the back office. You publish the result in an article reserved for members, and the debate carries on in the comments you moderate.

The association's paperwork, close at hand

Statutes, meeting minutes and the season's calendar in the app

Attach the statutes and the general meeting minutes as PDFs to an article reserved for members; they open in the phone's PDF reader. The season's dates, from the general meeting to the end-of-season party, go into the Agenda, and the Chat lets the board and the section leaders talk between two matches.

Also in the supporters' app

The fixtures

Each match in the Agenda, with kick-off time and a link to the club's ticketing.

The shop

Scarves and shirts sell through a GoodBarber eCommerce app or your online shop; a link leads there from the supporters' app.

Photos from the terrace

Members upload their pictures via the Submission section, and you decide which ones appear.

Partner bars

Every bar showing away games is on the map, with its address and phone number.

The web version

The same app in a browser, for members who haven't installed it.

Rugby too

A rugby supporters' club runs the same way: members' group, away trips, polls; only the fixtures change.

Away trips every other weekend: sign-ups by form replace the paper lists at the stadium bar.

The rugby supporters' club

Same tools, different fixtures: members' group, departures for away games and the association's polls.

The club that runs its own fan app

When the club itself publishes the app, with levels on a member card and alerts on match days, the basketball club model fits better.

Three supporters' groups, one app each

Build your association's app, open the members' space and put it through a 30-day test, with no credit card.

A convoy cost splitter

A single sentence in the back office, “a calculator that splits fuel and tolls between the cars of a convoy”, is enough for the AI Extension Builder to create the section.

How much does a supporters' club app cost?

Your members' app reaches iPhone and Android from the Premium plan. Opening a members' space means adding Authentication and User groups, unless you choose Pro, which already has them along with the Chat. Forms, agenda, map, hosting and updates are part of the subscription.

User groups, with Premium5€ /month
Authentication, with Premium12€ /month
Pro · members' space and Chat with no add-on105€ /month, billed yearly
Developer accounts are paid directly to Apple and Google. Dues and coach seats are collected outside the app, so the stores take nothing.

Supporters' club app: questions from association boards

Can members pay their dues in the app?

No: dues are settled as usual, by transfer, card or cash at the association's table. In-app purchase is limited to selling content, and it doesn't mix with the user groups behind a members' space.

How do we keep trip details for members only?

Publish them in a section only the members' group sees. A member signs up in the app, and once the dues are paid, you put the account in that group from the back office.

Does it work for a rugby supporters' club?

Yes, it's the same app: members' group, away-trip sign-ups by form, polls, matches in the Agenda. Only the sport and the fixtures change.

Can we run a poll among members?

Yes, with a Form: answers reach you by email and in the back office. You then publish the result in an article, reserved for members if you prefer.

Can we notify only the members signed up for a trip?

Yes, if you gather them in a group for that trip, since a push can be aimed at one user group. Otherwise, send it to all members.

How much does a supporters' club app cost?

Premium puts the app on the stores; Authentication and User groups are bought as options, or come bundled with Pro. Developer accounts are a separate bill from Apple and Google.
