A video library for each level

The flat serve for beginners, the kick serve for the competition group

Film your drills and upload them to a Videos section per level: grips and footwork for beginners, the kick serve and the return game for the competition group. Each section is restricted to its group, so a student sees the videos of their level and not the others'. When a student moves up, switch their group in the back office: the next level's videos appear.

Your students sorted into groups

One account per student, one group per level

Mini tennis, beginners, intermediate, competition, Tuesday-night adults: you create the groups that match your school. Students, or parents for the youngest, sign up in the app, and you attach each account to its level in the back office. The school's presentation, the news and the registration form stay open to everyone.

The group's schedule, and the message when it rains

Lessons in the agenda, a push to the group concerned only

Each group's lessons go in an Agenda section restricted to that group, with the day, the time and the court. When the Wednesday 5 pm lesson moves indoors, send a notification to that group alone: the other students aren't disturbed. Tournaments and the club's open day go into a public agenda, announced to everyone.

The club's tennis school

Two coaches, a dozen groups: each group has its videos and its schedule, and parents of the youngest get the messages for their child's group.

The academy with a competition program

The competition group gets its own drills, match videos and tournament calendar, reserved for its players.

The independent coach giving private lessons

For clients to book one-to-one lessons, the private lessons app with booking fits better.

Also in your school's app

Technique sheets

An article to go with each video: the key points, the common mistakes, the drill to repeat.

Registrations for next season

A Form collects registrations: level, preferred days, a parent's phone number; download the list as a CSV file.

Tournament results

An article after each tournament, announced by Automatic push.

Photos of the season

Galleries from the club's tournaments and the end-of-year party.

Bookmarks

Students keep the videos they want to watch again before practice.

The web version

The school's public pages also open in a browser, for families who haven't installed the app.

AI in your school's app

What it adds for coaches, and at what price.
To answer

Your technique sheets, turned into answers

“How do I hold the racket for a backhand slice?” The Chatbot draws on your published articles, such as the sheets that go with your videos, and on nothing else; it replies in the student's language. Videos themselves aren't indexed. It doesn't tell groups apart: if your sheets are reserved by level, set up one assistant per level, each in its group's section.

A score counter for practice matches

Explain it to the AI Extension Builder in the back office, “a score counter for practice matches that handles 15, 30, 40, deuce and advantage”, and the section appears in your app.

The week's lessons scheduled from Claude or ChatGPT

With your app plugged into Claude or ChatGPT through MCP, the assistant schedules the week's lessons in the right agenda and writes the group's message, then waits for your confirmation.

How much does a tennis school app cost?

A tennis school app lands on the stores with the Premium plan. Sorting students by level calls for Authentication and User groups, two Premium options that Pro already contains. Video, agenda, forms, hosting and updates come with it; storage grows with the plan.
Premium · your school on iOS, Android and web55€ /month, billed yearly
Authentication, with Premium12€ /month
User groups, with Premium5€ /month
Pro · level groups included, no add-on105€ /month, billed yearly
Streaming your videos to students costs nothing extra: bandwidth is not billed. Budget separately for the developer accounts, paid to Apple and to Google.

Tennis school app: questions from coaches

Can members book a court in the app?

No, this app doesn't handle court bookings: keep your club's booking system, and add a link to it in the app. The app is for teaching: videos, groups, schedules.

Can a student see only the videos for their level?

Yes: each level's Videos section is restricted to its group. Move a student to another group in the back office, and their videos change with them.

Can parents follow their child's group?

Yes: the parent creates the account and you place it in the child's group. They get that group's schedule and messages.

Is there a limit on videos?

Total storage depends on your plan, and bandwidth is not billed, however many times videos are watched. You can also embed videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo.

Could I sell the video lessons by subscription instead?

Yes, with Memberships, but it replaces the groups: an app either sells access through a store subscription or organizes students into groups, not both. For a school with enrolled students, groups fit better.

How much does a tennis school app cost?

Plan on Premium for the native apps, then add Authentication and User groups, or choose Pro and skip the add-ons. Video storage grows with the plan, and bandwidth is never billed.
