Create a beauty and makeup app
Beauty and makeup app: your video tutorials, step by step, for your subscribers
Your followers learn a look on video, read the steps and the products just beneath it, and unlock the whole tutorial library with one subscription.
Give your makeup channel or beauty media its own app on iOS and Android, created without programming: video tutorials sorted by technique and level, a written walkthrough under each video, and a subscription paid through the stores.
Free 30-day trial - No credit card required

One look, one video, one written walkthrough
The tutorial plays at the top; the steps and the products sit just below
Each tutorial is an article: the video first, then the steps in writing, skin prep, base, eyes, lips, with the shades and products used at every stage. Followers pause, scroll, jump back to the step they missed, and bookmark the look to redo it on Saturday night.

A library by technique and by skill level
Complexion, eyes, lips, from beginner to pro, with one open tutorial per section
Sort your tutorials by technique, then by difficulty: nobody meets a cut crease on day one. Keep one or two tutorials open in every section, as a sample of the rest; the others go behind the subscription, which can be switched on as soon as ten tutorials or more are locked.

Where AI helps a makeup creator
From the routine quiz to Friday's release.
To guide
A routine quiz
Describe a quiz, skin type and time available each morning, that leads to one of your sections: the AI Extension Builder codes it for you and places it in the app, in your colors.
Free
To answer
Answers drawn from your written steps
“How do I keep eyeliner from smudging?” The Chatbot reads the walkthrough under your videos (the videos themselves stay out of its reach) and replies in whatever language the question came in.
29€/month
To publish
Friday's tutorial scheduled by your assistant
Through the MCP server, your usual AI assistant publishes the tutorial and programs the Friday push once you confirm.
Included
Subscribe in one tap, buy the products elsewhere
The subscription unlocks your tutorials; your palettes are sold in a shop
Followers pay through Apple or Google, whichever phone they carry, by the month or by the year, after a free trial if you offer one. What they buy is access to your tutorials, nothing else. If you have your own product line, present it in articles and sell it in your online shop or in a GoodBarber eCommerce app.

The look of the week, on their phone
A scheduled push every Friday, a live session now and then
Schedule a notification for Friday at 6 p.m., follower by follower in their own time zone: “This week's look: the red lip”. Put a tutorial online and an automatic push can announce it without you. For a live masterclass, Live Video streams from your broadcasting provider; a live is open to everyone, a way to show non-subscribers what they are missing.

The makeup artist who teaches
Bridal and editorial techniques become a locked section, with a new tutorial each week.
The beauty media
News and product tests stay open; complete routines are for subscribers.
The creator who gives style advice
When followers ask about outfits and colors more than makeup, an app that answers from your articles fits: the style advice app.
Style advice with the ChatbotMore in your beauty app
Bookmarks
Every look saved, ready to redo.
Product lists
Shades, brands and where to find them, under each tutorial.
Levels
Beginner, intermediate, pro: one section per level.
An offer page in your style
The subscription presented like your channel.
A free trial
Some days to explore before the first payment, if you choose to offer them.
In the browser too
Open tutorials play on the web; subscribers watch everything there.

Extension Store
A makeup tutorial app runs on Memberships (optional on Premium, built into Pro), CMS videos and articles, automatic push, bookmarks, Live Video, the AI Extension Builder and the Chatbot.
Budget for a makeup tutorial app
Tutorials are sold inside the native apps: Premium with Memberships, or Pro, where it comes built in. Video bandwidth is never billed; storage grows with the plan.
| Premium · iPhone, Android and browser | 55€ /month, billed yearly |
| Memberships, an option on Premium | 49€ /month |
| Pro · Memberships comes with it | 105€ /month, billed yearly |
Each payment goes through Apple or Google, which keep their fee, generally 15%; GoodBarber charges none. Developer accounts are opened and paid with each store.

What GoodBarber users write about the platform, all app types together.
GoodBarber is a powerful app builder.
GoodBarber is a powerful app builder. If you want to build your app using a pre-built template, GoodBarber is ideal for you. At Global Academy, we almost completed the 5th year using their easy-to-use pre-built platforms to build premium Apps for our customers. Also, Goodbarber's customer support is excellent. Highly recommended.

Beauty and makeup app: your questions
Can I sell a beauty box by subscription in this app?
No: the in-app subscription opens content only, your tutorials and articles. A monthly box is a physical product; it needs an online shop, and GoodBarber offers one with its eCommerce app.
Can non-subscribers watch a live masterclass?
Yes, a live is always open to all: Live Video cannot be locked behind the subscription. Use it as a showcase and keep your recorded tutorials for paying followers.
Does the Chatbot understand my videos?
No, it works from text: the articles you publish. Write the steps and the products under each video and it can use them.
Can my followers subscribe from Instagram?
They tap your link to the app's store page, install it and subscribe inside. The browser version only shows a button inviting them to download the app: the subscription is not sold on the web.
Which plan does a beauty app need?
Premium with Memberships, or Pro: a subscription can only be sold in the native apps, and the Standard plan stops at the web version.
