Create an employee wellness app
Employee wellness app: a health and wellness coaching program, for your staff only
Your employees sign in with the account you created for them, follow the video of the week, sign up for workshops at their site and get the announcements that concern them.
The internal app of your workplace wellness program, on phones and office computers alike, set up without code: access limited to staff, short videos from the coaches, on-site workshops, notifications by site.
Free 30-day trial - No credit card required

Reserved for employees, and only them
Accounts are created by the company; nobody signs up from outside
The app downloads from the stores like any other, but its content only opens to the accounts you create from the staff list. Each employee joins the group of their site or department, and each section opens to the group you choose. When someone leaves the company, you delete their account and access closes.

One video a week, five minutes at the desk
Stretching, breathing, sleep, screens: the coaches' program, in episodes
Your coaches film short sessions made for a break between two meetings: back and neck, breathing before a presentation, good habits in front of screens. Every Monday, the new video appears in the program's section, and a push flags it. Past episodes stay available, sorted by theme.

Launching the program in the company
Four settings, from the staff list to the first workshop.
Accounts
Create staff accounts from the back office, and turn off open sign-up.Groups
One group per site or department, to target announcements and workshops. The program
Video and article sections, open to every employee. The agenda
Each site's workshops, with their sign-up form.
On-site workshops, in the agenda
Lunchtime yoga, a talk on sleep, a walking break: an agenda per site and a targeted push
Each site has its workshop agenda, with the date, the room and the number of places. Employees sign up through a short form (name, site, workshop), and each sign-up reaches you by email. The day before, a push scheduled for that site's group only reminds the people who work there, without disturbing anyone else.

Nothing about employees' health
No medical questionnaire, no individual tracking: a program, not a file
The app asks nobody any question about their health: its forms are for sign-ups, and its statistics count app opens and page views, not how fit anyone is. Data is hosted in Europe. The coaches' advice stays general and replaces neither the occupational doctor nor anyone's own physician.

AI in the program's app
Three uses, and what they cost.
To answer
An assistant for practical questions
“What time is the back-care workshop in Lyon?” The Chatbot finds the answer in the published agenda and articles, in the language of the question, and links to the page concerned.

The wellness advent calendar
Sketch the idea in one sentence: a calendar where each December day uncovers a tip from the coaches. The AI Extension Builder does the rest.

Employee wellness app: questions from HR
Does the employer see information about employees' health?
No, because the app collects none: no health questionnaire, forms limited to sign-ups, overall usage statistics. A program that wanted to track health data would need another tool: the GDPR puts such data in a special category, HIPAA can cover some employer wellness programs in the United States, and this app is not built for it.
Does an employee who leaves keep access?
No: you delete their account in the back office, or remove them from their site's group, and the reserved sections close for them at once.
Is the app visible to everyone on the stores?
Anyone can download it, but without an account created by you, nothing opens beyond the welcome page you choose to show. Open sign-up can be switched off.
Can a coach run an app for each client company?
Yes, with the Reseller program: one subscription for as many apps as needed, each under the client's name, with the features of the Pro plan. The coach sets their prices and keeps their full margin.
Are workshops paid for in the app?
No. Employees sign up through a form, and the program is funded by the company, outside the app. Nothing is sold in it.
What budget for a company wellness app?
You need Premium, which publishes the native apps, and two options: Authentication, for the accounts, and User groups, for the sites. Pro already contains them.
The cost of a wellness program's internal app
Native apps start with Premium. Keeping the app for staff is Authentication's job; splitting it by site is what User groups do. Pro comes with both. Videos, agenda, forms and push cost nothing more.
| Premium · iPhone, Android, browser | 55€ /month, billed yearly |
| Authentication, Premium option | 12€ /month |
| User groups, Premium option | 5€ /month |
| Pro · accounts and groups included | 105€ /month, billed yearly |
The developer accounts for both stores are paid directly to Apple and Google.
Extension Store
For an internal app: Authentication and User groups (Premium options, already in Pro), then videos, Agenda, form, push, guided tour and Chatbot.
GoodBarber puts your company's wellness program in an app reserved for your employees
Accounts created by the company, groups by site, the coaches' videos every week, workshops in the agenda, targeted push, no health data.
