Partner deals

Coupons in every member's account

The pizzeria near campus, the university bookshop, the climbing gym: for each partner, create a coupon with its discount, end date and planned number of uses. It lands in each member's account, ready to be shown to the cashier. Put the partners on a map, with the address and the current offer.

The members' area

One account per student, one group for members

Each student creates an account in the app; the committee places the association's members in the “Members 2026-2027” group. The app becomes their space: the deals section, past exam papers shared by older students, committee news. Next academic year, you create the new year's group.

Events, and the points that come with them

One point per event, a level that goes up

Ball, after-work drinks, freshers' weekend, tournament: everything is in the Agenda, announced by a push to the members' group. At the door, students collect a Loyalty card point by scanning the event's QR code, or, from the app, inside the perimeter drawn around the party venue; a delay between two validations prevents duplicates. These points raise the Club card: three levels you rename, “Fresher”, “Regular”, “Pillar”, each with its perk.

Coupon, Loyalty card, Club card: who does what?

Three extensions, three roles in the association's life.

The budget for a student association app

Premium delivers the iOS and Android apps. The member account calls for two extensions, Authentication and User groups, which Pro contains; the three loyalty extensions (Loyalty card, Couponing, Club card) stay options on both plans.
Premium · iOS, Android and web app55€ /month, billed yearly
Authentication12€ /month
User groups5€ /month
Loyalty card8€ /month
Couponing6€ /month
Pro · Authentication and Groups included105€ /month, billed yearly
No transaction goes through the app, hence no commission. Each store bills its developer account.

Student association app: the committee's questions

Can dues be collected in the app?

No. In-app purchase is limited to digital content, and it cannot coexist with the accounts and groups the association needs. The app is the members' space; the committee decides who belongs to it.

Does the Club card work as a membership card?

No: it is a three-level loyalty status, fed by Loyalty card points. What makes someone a member is being in the year's group, which opens the reserved sections to them.

Can a partner validate points in their shop?

Yes: the same Loyalty card can be stamped at several partners, as long as each displays the QR code and the student scans it.

What happens at the end of the academic year?

Create the new year's group and place that year's members in it; the others keep their account but no longer see the reserved sections.

Can we sell ball tickets in the app?

No, the app does not sell tickets. Announce the ball in the Agenda and add a link to your ticketing page on its entry.

Which plan for a student union?

Premium, plus Authentication and User groups (already in Pro), then whichever of Couponing, Loyalty card and Club card you need.
