Short video modules, one topic at a time

Five minutes on recycling, five on energy: awareness at the pace of your teams

Split the program into modules of a few minutes: green habits at the office, machine energy use, commuting, responsible purchasing. Each module brings together a video, a key-points sheet and examples from your own sites. Employees watch it between two meetings, on their phone or in their browser.

An app for your staff only

Each employee creates an account, you put it in the right group

Thanks to User groups and Authentication, content only opens to the accounts you have placed in a group: one per site, per department or per job. The plant sees the module on production waste, headquarters the one on responsible digital use, and everyone keeps the modules shared across the company.

Rolling out the program in three steps

From the first video to the first employee signed in.
  1. Groups

Create one group per site or department, and decide which sections each one can open.
  2. Modules

One section per topic, one video and one sheet per module; shared modules stay visible to every group.
  3. Accounts

Employees sign up in the app, then you place them in the right group from the back office.

The monthly challenge and the idea box

One notification per group, a form for the teams' suggestions

Schedule a notification each month to launch the challenge, say a week without disposable cups, and target it at the group concerned. Through a form, employees suggest ways to save energy or cut waste; you publish the ones you keep in an article everyone can read.

AI to keep the program alive

Three uses, with their price.
To check

A quiz at the end of each module

Describe it in the back office, five questions with the right answer explained, and the AI Extension Builder turns it into an app section. The quiz helps people remember the essentials; it does not grade employees.

To answer

Practical questions, handled from your sheets

“Where do I drop used batteries at the Lyon site?” The Chatbot answers from the sheets and articles published in the app, in whatever language the employee uses.

This week's module, posted from ChatGPT

Through the MCP server, the CSR team runs the app from ChatGPT or Claude: the assistant prepares the module's article and its notification, the team approves, it carries them out.
Included

The multi-site manufacturer

One group per plant: each site gets its own sorting rules and consumption figures, on top of the shared modules.

The branch network

Advisers follow one module a month on responsible digital use, announced by a notification on Monday.

The employee wellness program

If your project is about health and well-being at work rather than the environment, a dedicated page describes the matching app.

What the internal app also brings

Shared modules

The environmental charter and the company's commitments, visible to every group.

Onboarding newcomers

A path through the right habits, to follow from day one.

CSR news

Carbon footprint results or a collection drive, published as articles.

Several languages

Sections by language for teams abroad, each in its own group.

The right recipients

A notification for the group concerned only, not the whole company.

On a computer

Employees without a work phone use the web app in a browser, with their login.

Sustainability awareness app: your questions

Who can see the modules?

Only the accounts you have placed in a group, and only the sections open to that group. An employee who signs up sees nothing restricted until you have added them from the back office.

Can an employee belong to several groups?

Yes, for example to their site and their department: they then see the sections of both groups.

Can I see who has completed a module?

The app issues no certificate and offers no individual progress tracking. Its statistics show how content is viewed; for formal sign-off, an end-of-module form can collect the answers.

What if I support the staff of several client companies?

Each client company can have its own group: its employees only see their modules and the shared ones. The app remains the space reserved for the participants in the program you run, with no subscription sold in the stores.

Does the app show up in the stores?

Yes, like any native app, but without an approved account it only displays its public pages. Nothing you restrict to groups is visible to a stranger.

What budget for an internal training app?

The Premium plan publishes the native apps; User groups and Authentication are added to it as options, while Pro contains them. Videos, the Form and the AI Extension Builder do not add to the bill.

The cost of an internal awareness app

Apps for iPhone and Android start with the Premium plan. Staff-only access relies on User groups and Authentication, two Premium options that Pro brings together. No Memberships here: nobody pays to get in.
