The week's recordings go into a library reserved for subscribers. From the back office, offer each participant a free subscription lasting as long as you decide, three months for instance: they return to the practices at home without paying a second time. Those who could not make it subscribe inside the app through the Apple ID or Google account on their phone, monthly or yearly, and discover the retreat before booking the next one on your website.

Reserving replays for subscribers requires the native apps, so the Premium plan, with the Memberships extension on top; the Pro plan contains it. Hosting the app, sending its notifications and updating it cost nothing more.

Wellness retreat app: organizers' questions
Can participants pay for the retreat in the app?
No: the subscription only opens access to content, the videos, audio sessions and articles. The stay itself is booked and paid as it is today, on your website or by bank transfer.
How do participants get the replays without paying twice?
You open it for them from the back office, as a free subscription whose end date you set. Once signed in, they find the library unlocked.
Can I offer a monthly wellness subscription to people who never came?
Yes: sell it by the month, by the year or both, with a price set on each store and, if you like, a trial period. There is one level of access, the same for every subscriber.
Is there a minimum amount of content?
Ten reserved items is the minimum to open subscriptions. One retreat's replays plus a preparation program often cover it.
Can I keep the preparation free and reserve the replays?
Yes: you decide item by item. Leave the preparation program open to all to make people want to come, and reserve the replays.
How much does a wellness retreat app cost?
Count the Premium plan plus Memberships, or Pro alone, since Memberships is already part of it. Developer accounts at Apple and Google are billed by the stores themselves.
