The whole season, show by show

Every performance in the Agenda, with a button to your ticketing

Each date of the season becomes an event: the title, the company or artist, the running time, the recommended age, photos and a link to the trailer. A “Book” button opens the show's page on your ticketing site, which keeps selling the seats. Audiences take in the season in seconds, favorite the dates that tempt them and save them on their phone.

A message before curtain up

A push scheduled on performance day, an automatic push for every new show

Prepare your pushes in advance: on the morning of a performance, “Tonight at 8:30 pm, doors open at 7:45 pm, bar open before and after”, or the day before a date that is filling up, “A few seats left for Saturday”. When a show is added mid-season, automatic push tells everyone. And if a performance is canceled, the news goes out in seconds.

The municipal theater

Drama, dance and circus, family shows clearly flagged, and a push on Wednesdays for family outings.

The live music venue

Concerts almost every night, support acts announced at the last minute, the bar and cloakroom on the neighborhood map.

The arts center and its openings

Current exhibitions, openings in the agenda, works in photo galleries. For an open-air summer festival, the festival app goes further.
A music festival's app

Theater, concert hall, arts center: the app by venue

Your venue? Load the season's first dates: the trial is free for a month and asks for no payment details.

Backstage content that makes people want to come

Rehearsals on video, post-show talks as podcasts

Publish trailers and rehearsal clips in a video section, and interviews with the artists as articles. Post-show talks and meetings with the companies are recorded and become podcast episodes, which audiences listen to in the background on their way to the theater. This content stays open to everyone: it is there to fill the house.

Practical questions, settled before arrival

Access, concessions, accessibility, cloakroom: the answers are in the app

A section of articles answers what the front desk hears every night: how to get there, where to park, which proof is needed for a concession, access for people with reduced mobility, the time the doors close. The venue and nearby parking lots appear on a map, with directions in one tap.

AI for your season

Two services, each with its own rate.
To welcome

An assistant that answers like your front desk

“Is the show suitable for an eight-year-old? Does the hall have a hearing loop?” The Chatbot draws its answer from the show listings and your articles, adapts to the audience member's language and can show the listing it checked.

The price of a performance venue's app

A small venue can start with the web version, available on the Standard plan: the season reads from your website. To be in the stores and alert audiences whenever a show is announced, move to Premium. The Chatbot costs extra; MCP costs nothing.
Standard · the season as a web version30€ /month, billed yearly
Premium · iOS, Android, a push for every show55€ /month, billed yearly
Your seats are still sold by your ticketing. Outside your GoodBarber plan: Apple's developer account and Google's.

Cultural events app: questions from performance venues

Can audiences buy their seats in the app?

No: selling stays with your ticketing. Each show's button opens the right page there, and that is still where seats are chosen.

Can we alert only the people holding a ticket for tonight?

No: the app doesn't know who bought what, since ticketing stays outside it. Your notifications reach all users, or the neighborhood you outline; so state the date in the text.

Can we sell a season subscription in the app?

No. In the app, in-app purchase only opens content, never seats or an audience subscription. Your season subscription is sold on your ticketing site, and the app leads there with a button.

Can we stream a show live?

Yes, if your broadcast rights allow it: Live Video relays your provider's feed. Any app user can watch it, ticket or not.

What budget should a theater plan for its app?

The price of a GoodBarber plan, with no development fees: Standard for the web version alone, Premium as soon as you want the stores and automatic push. The Chatbot is a paid option, MCP is free.

Who publishes in the app day to day?

The communications or audience relations team, from the back office: each person has a login, with their own rights over content, notifications and app updates. How many depends on the plan.
