The course, point by point

Start, aid stations, first aid posts and finish on one map

In the Map section, every key point of the race has its own card: the start line and its corrals, the aid stations and what they serve, the first aid posts, the best spots to cheer, the finish and the bag drop. The elevation profile and the tricky sections fit in an article. Runners study the ground before race day, and their families know where to stand to see them go by.

The runner's guide, always up to date

Bib pickup, bag drop, shuttles, rules: a section of articles

What used to be printed in the runner's booklet becomes a series of articles: bib pickup times and place, documents to bring, mandatory gear for the trail, shuttles to the start, race rules. When a detail changes three days before the race, you edit the article instead of reprinting, and a push flags the update.

From registration opening to the day after the race

What the app does at each stage, with no change to your registration platform.
  1. Months before

The course on the map, a countdown to the start, a button to the registration platform.
  2. Race week

The runner's guide in articles and a push to recall bib pickup times.
  3. Race morning

A message at the entrance to the start village, and pushes if the weather or the time changes.
  4. The day after

Results, photo galleries and the date of next year's edition.

On race morning, the right message at the right time

Push for last-minute instructions, Geofencing at the start village

Heat warning, start pushed back fifteen minutes, part of the course rerouted: a message written in the back office goes out to every runner and supporter, immediately or at the time you set. Geofencing shows a message to people entering the start village area, “Bag drop to the left of the arch, closes at 8:15 am”, provided they have location turned on.

Results and photos, in the same app

Rankings, galleries and next year's edition, from the day after

As soon as your timing company publishes the times, an article links to the results page or lists the ranking, and a push announces it. Photo galleries follow, by start wave or by point on the course. The app stays on runners' phones: on the day registration opens for next year, a push lets them know.

Two AI tools for your race

What they do, what they cost.
To prepare

A pace calculator

Ask the AI Extension Builder for “a tool where runners enter a target time and see their pace per kilometer and their time at each aid station”: it creates the section in the app, and you refine it by replying.
Free
To inform

An assistant that has read the rules

“Are poles allowed on the trail? Where do I leave my bag?” The Chatbot draws on your articles, events and course points, and answers each runner in their own language.
29€/month

A city marathon

Thousands of runners, start corrals, closed streets: a push to people living along the course, targeted by sector on the map.

A mountain trail race

Mandatory gear, cut-off times, remote aid stations: the runner's guide and the map spare you a pile of email questions.

The village fair and its fun run

When the race is just one moment in a bigger local celebration, the town's community events app brings the whole program together.
The town festivities app

Three races, three ways to use the app

Your race? Pin the first points of the course on the map: the trial lasts a month, with no payment card.

What else the app brings to a race

A countdown

The days until the starting gun, on the home page.

A call for volunteers

A form to offer help: preferred post, hours, phone number; you are notified of every reply.

Several distances

The 10K, the half and the full marathon, each with its own event and map points.

Your sponsors

One article per sponsor, logo and link included.

A web version

Runners' families read the guide in their browser.

Budgeting for a race app

With the Premium plan, your race has its native apps, Geofencing at the start village and race-day pushes; the pace calculator, built with the AI Extension Builder, costs nothing. If several volunteers publish at once, Pro gives them as many team logins as needed. The Chatbot's price appears in the AI block.
Premium · iPhone, Android, Geofencing55€ /month, billed yearly
Pro · a team with no login limit105€ /month, billed yearly
Registration fees are still collected by your platform; Apple and Google bill your developer accounts themselves.

Running race app: organizers' questions

Can runners register and pay in the app?

No: registration and its payment stay on your usual platform, which the app opens with a button. The app takes over for everything that follows.

Can people follow runners live on the map?

No: the map shows fixed points, not where runners are. If your timing company offers live tracking, a link in the app leads to it.

How do we alert only the runners of one distance?

Without runner accounts, notifications go to everyone or to a geographic sector: name the distance in the text. Sorting by distance takes accounts: Authentication and User groups, add-ons on Premium, included in Pro.

Can the results be published automatically?

The app computes no ranking. You publish an article with the ranking or a link to your timing company's page; your AI assistant, connected via MCP, can write that article, which only goes live once you approve it.

What is the price of an app for a marathon or trail race?

Everything starts with the Premium plan, which covers both stores, Geofencing and notifications. Pro mainly serves large teams, with its unlimited logins. The Chatbot is optional; the AI Extension Builder stays free.

One app for several races a year, is that possible?

Yes: one app for your organization, one event per race in the Agenda and map points for each course. Past races leave the Agenda on their own.
