Create a workshop app
Workshop app: your session schedule, sign-ups by form and handouts for each group
People browse your dates and sign up through a form; participants then find the sheets and videos for their session in their account.
Cooking, ceramics, photography or gardening workshops: an iOS and Android app under your name, built without coding, with the session calendar, a sign-up form, material open only to participants and your venues on a map.

This season's program
Every session in the Agenda, with its venue and level
List your sessions in an Agenda section: date, times, address, required level, what to bring. Visitors browse the term, open a workshop's page and add it to their phone calendar in one tap. A date moves? You fix it once and everyone sees the right one.

Sign-ups without separate software
A form in the app, an answer in your inbox
Below each workshop page, a form collects the request: name, email address, chosen session, an optional question. Every submission reaches you by email. You confirm the seat and add the participant's account to the group for their session: that group is what opens the handouts to them.

From a sign-up request to the handouts
Four steps, on the participant's side and yours.
The request
The visitor fills in the form for the workshop they want. The account
They create a login in the app with their email address. The group
In the back office, you place them in the session's group. The handouts
Their session's section opens: sheets, videos, list of materials.
Material for participants only
One reserved section per group: sheets, videos, documents
For each session, a section only its group can see: the day's recipe, the glazing walkthrough, a video of a technique to review, a document to download. A regular who attends three workshops belongs to three groups and gets all three sections. A push sent to the group tells those participants, and nobody else, that the room has changed.

Several venues, one map
Your rooms, partner studios and directions
Do you teach in several towns or in borrowed spaces? A Map section brings them together: address, access, parking, a photo of the entrance. From a session's page, participants find the room and start directions.

AI to prepare the season
Three uses, and what they cost.
To organize
The whole term entered in one request
Plug the AI assistant you already use (Claude, ChatGPT) into the app thanks to the MCP server, then write: “create the eight dates of the Thursday pottery workshop”. It drafts the Agenda entries, shows them to you, then publishes once you approve.
Included
To guide
A level questionnaire
Describe in the back office a short questionnaire that points people to the beginner or advanced workshop: the AI Extension Builder makes it into a section you then fine-tune.
Free
To answer
“What time does Saturday's workshop start?”
The Chatbot answers from your Agenda entries and articles, and cites the page its answer comes from.
29€/month
Small things that matter
A message the day before
A push scheduled in advance for the session's group.
Several instructors
Each one publishes their pages from their own team account.
Bookmarks
Visitors keep the workshops they are still weighing up.
Workshop photos
A public gallery that makes people want to join the next one.
A web version
The program can also be viewed in a browser.
What a workshop app costs
The Premium plan puts the app in both stores, Apple's and Google's. For participant accounts and their handouts, count on the Authentication extension and the User groups one, extra on Premium; the Pro plan includes them. The Agenda, the form, the map and push cost nothing extra.
| Premium · iPhone, Android and web | 55€ /month, billed yearly |
| Authentication, an option on Premium | 12€ /month |
| User groups, an option on Premium | 5€ /month |
| Pro · both options included | 105€ /month, billed yearly |
Nothing is sold in the app, so no commission applies. Apple and Google developer accounts are paid to the stores.
Workshop and course app: common questions
Can workshop seats be sold in the app?
No: in a GoodBarber app, in-app purchase sells digital content, never a seat at a workshop. The app is your participants' space, with the program, the venues and the handouts of their session; the workshop and its sign-ups stay organized by you.
Does the form stop when the workshop is full?
No, it does not count seats. You confirm each sign-up yourself and mark the session's page as “full” as soon as it is.
Do participants keep the handouts after the workshop?
Yes, as long as they stay in their session's group. You can leave them there to rewatch the videos, or remove them at the end of the cycle: the section closes for them straight away.
Our workshops run in several towns: how do we show them?
With a Map section that places each venue, and an Agenda where every session carries its address. Visitors pick the nearest workshop, then start directions.
What about a one-to-one lesson?
The Appointment booking extension fits better: one slot, one booking, a confirmation email, no payment. See the private tutoring app.
Which plan should I start with?
Premium, adding participant accounts and groups, or Pro, which provides them from the start. Standard, which is web only, cannot hold accounts.
