The activity program, day after day

Aqua aerobics, kids' club, pétanque tournament, live music night: the campsite's agenda

Enter the week's activities in an Agenda section: time, place on the site, recommended age. Your guests see at a glance what is on today and add an activity to their phone's calendar. The tournament moved because of rain? Edit the event, then let the whole campsite know with a push.

The campsite map

Reception, shower blocks, pool, snack bar, laundry, playground, recycling point

Every place on the campsite gets its own point on the map, with a description and opening hours: guests find the shower block nearest their pitch without asking the way. Add the surroundings too, the village bakery, the beach, the start of the trail, with directions from the campsite entrance.

Practical info, in the guest's own language

Opening hours, Wi-Fi code, site rules, check-out, useful numbers

Gather in short articles what reception is asked over and over: reception and snack bar hours, the Wi-Fi code, quiet hours, the time to vacate the pitch, the on-duty pharmacy. AI-assisted translation turns each one into a German, Dutch or French version in one click, keeping the tone; place each language in its own section.

Before the season opens

What you prepare once, from the back office.
  1. The map

Place every spot on the campsite on the map, plus a few addresses nearby.
  2. Practical info

One article per topic, then one version per language with assisted translation.
  3. The program

Enter the week's activities in the Agenda, with time and place.
  4. Notifications

Draw the campsite zone for the welcome message and schedule the week's pushes.

One notification for the whole campsite

The pizza truck is here, the pool is closing for the storm, market tomorrow morning

A push can leave within the minute or at a scheduled hour: tonight's show announced at 6 p.m., the village market recalled the day before. Also draw a zone around the campsite: when a guest arrives, their phone displays your welcome message, with reception hours. That message needs no sending at all: geofencing triggers it.

AI at the campsite's reception

What it does for your guests, and for you.
To inform

An assistant that answers when reception is closed

“Where can I do my laundry?” “Is the snack bar open on Monday?” The Chatbot draws on your practical info, your activities and the points on the map, and answers in Dutch to anyone who asks in Dutch.

To entertain

A treasure hunt for children

Describe it in the back office: one riddle per spot on the campsite, the answer to be found on site. From that brief, the AI Extension Builder assembles the section. It is just one idea: the game will be the one you imagine.

The week's program, entered by your assistant

Does the entertainment team's program fit on one sheet? Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, tied to the app by the MCP server: the activities become Agenda events, published once you have said yes.

Campsite app: the owners' questions

Can guests book their pitch in the app?

No: the app is not a booking engine for pitches or rental units. It goes along with the stay; for bookings, a link in an article points to your website or your usual booking platform.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. The map, the program, practical info and notifications work without any login: download the app, accept notifications, and that is it.

Can I sell a paid activity in the app, a canoe trip for example?

Not through in-app purchase, which only sells access to content. Announce the activity in the Agenda and have it paid at reception, or to the provider.

What happens to the app in winter, when the campsite is closed?

It stays online: the map and the info help guests plan their stay, and a push announces next season's opening to those who kept the app.

Can the Chatbot answer questions about prices?

It answers from what you have published: if your prices appear in an article, it uses them and shows where its answer comes from. It relies on your content, not on general knowledge.

How much does a campsite app cost?

Premium covers the store apps, notifications and the arrival welcome message; the Chatbot comes as a monthly option, with a question allowance renewed every month.

What a campsite app costs

From the Premium plan, your campsite has its iOS and Android apps, its web app, push notifications and the welcome message on arrival. The Chatbot is added if you want it. The Pro plan suits campsite groups working with a large team.
Premium · native apps and web app55€ /month, billed yearly
Chatbot, optional on Premium29€ /month
Pro · team and notifications at scale105€ /month, billed yearly
Apple and Google bill your developer accounts separately.

The family campsite by the sea

The kids' club program and the tide times in the app; in the evening, a push announces the concert on the square.

The farm campsite

A small map, three info pages and a welcome message: reception opens one hour a day, and the app informs guests the rest of the time.

The campsite that rents out bikes

To let guests book their bikes by the hour, a dedicated booking app does a better job.
