Offers only members see

The Offers section is restricted to your members' user group

Once signed in, members find the Offers section in their menu: the deal, its dates, what is included, the number of places. Visitors who are not members see the club's public pages and a “Join the club” page instead. The offers themselves never appear to them.

A deal goes live, members know within the minute

Push notifications sent to the members' group alone

“Last minute: two cabins on the Norwegian fjords cruise, departing May 14.” The notification goes to your members only, right away, and opens the Offers section. For deals that can wait, schedule the push for 8 a.m., when members check their phone before work.

Offers that expire on time

An end date on each offer, and it leaves the app by itself

Give each offer the date it ends: at that moment, it disappears from the app without anyone having to remember. Members never call about a deal that expired last week, and your Offers section only shows what can still be booked.

Your advice

Why this offer is worth it, written by your team.

Members book with you, not in the app

A request form, a phone number and the way you already work

An “I'm interested” form sends you the member's name, the offer, the dates and the number of travelers; each request reaches you by email. Members can also call you from the contact page. Booking and payment follow your usual process: the app sells nothing.

Opening your club in the app, in three steps

Your members, your offers, your first alert.
  1. The public side

Present the club, its advantages and how to join, on pages anyone can read.
  2. The members

Members create an account; you add each one to the members' group once you have checked their membership.
  3. The first offer

Publish it in the Offers section with its end date, then send the push to the group.

Travel deals app: questions from travel clubs

How do members join the club in the app?

They sign up in the app; after checking their membership, you move them into the members' group in the back office. The Offers section then appears for them.

Can members pay their membership fee in the app?

No: the fee is paid as it is today. Selling a subscription in the app would mean switching to another way of signing in, one that has no groups, and the offers could no longer be kept for your members.

Can a member book an offer directly in the app?

No: the app takes neither bookings nor payments. The member sends a request through the form or calls you, and you handle the booking.

What happens when someone leaves the club?

Remove them from the members' group: they no longer see the Offers section.

Can I show offers to non-members to make them want to join?

Yes, as a teaser: a public page describes the kind of deals the club receives, without the offers themselves, and invites visitors to join.

How much does a travel club app cost?

Premium with Authentication and User groups, or Pro, which includes both. The app takes no commission on your trips, since none is sold through it.
