Create a cleaning company app
Cleaning company app: quote requests with photos, estimate visits and one-off cleans booked online
Your customers read what each service includes, request a quote with the floor area and photos, book the estimate visit and send you their access instructions before the first clean.
A no-code app for your cleaning company, for iPhone and Android, plus a web version: what each service covers, quote requests backed by photos, estimate visits and one-off cleans booked online, access instructions and recruiting new cleaners.

Cleaning private homes
Regulars at a set time every week, plus one-off cleans before a party, a vacation or a house sale. The regulars' hours stay closed to booking; the app only opens the ones kept for one-off work.
Office cleaning
No price without a visit: the office manager books a 30-minute estimate in the app, then receives your contract proposal, with cleans in the evening or early morning.
Move-outs and post-construction
The quote is done from photos, room by room. The date is set with the property manager before the move-out inspection, or with the contractor when the work is finished.
What each service includes, in black and white
Regular cleaning
Floors, dusting, kitchen, bathroom and toilets; not the inside of the oven or fridge, which only the move-out clean covers.
Deep cleaning
Everything in a regular clean, plus baseboards, doors, light fixtures and the inside of cabinets the customer has emptied.
Move-out cleaning
An empty home brought back to shape for the move-out inspection: oven, fridge, range hood and cabinets included, inside and out.
Windows
Glass, frames and sills, inside and outside where they can be reached without a lift; high windows get a separate quote.
Post-construction
Plaster dust, paint or glue marks, cement haze on the tiles: a job that is always quoted from photos.
Offices
Bins, restrooms, kitchenette and floors, outside opening hours, at the frequency set in the contract.
From quote request to first clean
The price of a clean depends on what you haven't seen yet: floor area, number of rooms, pets, condition, frequency. These three steps bring it to light.
The quote request
A Form asks for the type of service, the floor area, the number of rooms, any pets and the frequency wanted, with photos of the rooms to clean. An email flags each request that comes in.The estimate visit, or your quote
For offices or a home that is hard to judge from photos, the customer reserves a 30-minute estimate visit in the app. Otherwise, you send your quote straight away.Access instructions
Once the quote is accepted, a second form collects how the keys are handed over, the building code, the alarm, pets and rooms not to touch. None of it is published.
One-off cleans and estimate visits, booked online
Two sections, two lengths: 2 hours for a clean, 30 minutes for an estimate
Each booking section works with one slot length only. So set up your one-off cleaning sections with 2-hour slots, one per team if you have several, and a separate section for estimate visits, with half-hour slots. The booking form, the same everywhere, asks for the address, the floor area and a phone number. The customer gets a confirmation email for every booking, and so do you. A customer who has to cancel does it themselves, and the slot goes back into the app for someone else.

One calendar per team, rather than per person
Each pair has its own section, open outside its regular rounds
Your cleaners often go out in pairs, with the equipment in the van: customers book a team, not a person. So every pair gets a section tied to a Google Calendar in its name. In that section's opening hours, day by day, only the time its regular rounds leave free is open: Tuesday morning with the same customers stays closed. A one-off change entered in that Google Calendar, a job running over or a day off, also takes those hours off the app. On the customer side, people find their neighborhood on the map, pick the team that covers it, then a free slot.

Three ways a cleaning company can use AI in its app
Prices are shown for each.
To estimate
A cleaning-time calculator, with your own ratios
Put it into one sentence: "a calculator that estimates how long a clean takes from the floor area, the number of rooms and any pets, using my ratios." The AI Extension Builder makes it a section of your app, and the calculation happens on the customer's phone. It gives a sense of scale; your quote stays the reference.

Before the first clean: the questions customers ask
"Do you bring your own products?" "Do I need to be home during the clean?" The Chatbot replies using your published service sheets and says which one it relied on. It doesn't take bookings.

Your spring deep-clean offer, handed to Claude or ChatGPT
Installed by default, MCP links your app to your assistant, Claude or ChatGPT, which writes the article for your spring offer and schedules it for early March; on the day, you have it send the push notification. It does nothing without your go-ahead.

Cleaning company app: your questions
Do my regular customers have to book every week?
No. A booking covers one visit only, with no recurrence, and your regulars don't need to open the app every Monday. Their visits are organized outside the app: you simply leave their hours out of the team's opening hours. The app is for one-off cleans and estimate visits.
Can I ask for photos before I quote?
Yes: add a file field to your quote Form, and customers attach photos or a short video of each room. You see the state of the oven, the carpet or the grout before putting a price on it.
How do I collect access instructions and keys?
With a separate form, filled in before the first clean: keys handed over in person or left in a key safe, the building code, the alarm, pets, rooms to skip. Answers arrive in your inbox and in the back office; nothing is published in the app.
Can I recruit cleaners through the app?
Yes, with a "Join the team" form that stays open all year: area, availability, driver's license, experience, and a CV as a photo or a PDF. The native iPhone app doesn't accept PDFs, so applicants using it send a photo instead.
Do customers pay when they book?
No money changes hands at booking, not even a deposit: you invoice as you do today, after the clean or under the contract.
Can I get customer feedback after a clean?
Yes, with a satisfaction form: a rating for each room, a comment, a box to tick for "redo next time". Only you see the answers; no review is published in the app.
Offices and homes in the same app?
Yes. The simplest way is separate sections: the service sheets and booking for homes on one side, those for businesses on the other. For an area only your business customers can open, with their contract and cleaning schedule, add the User groups and Authentication options.
How much does a cleaning company app cost?
To be on the App Store and Google Play, the app needs the Premium plan. Online booking costs extra on Premium and comes built into Pro. The Form, which handles quotes, access instructions and recruiting, is free. The Standard plan stops at the web version, with no booking.
Extension Store
Extensions for a cleaning company. Two are paid, Chatbot and Appointment booking; Form, CMS Map, CMS Articles, AI Extension Builder and Push notifications cost nothing.
