Viewings bookable 24/7

A viewing request becomes an appointment, on a slot that is actually free

Your clients open Appointment booking, pick the agent handling the property, see their free slots and confirm in a few taps, evenings and weekends included. Each slot takes a single booking: two clients never end up at the same door at the same time. With every booking, you and your client receive a confirmation email.

A calendar that follows your organization

Opening hours, exceptional closures, length of each appointment

Viewing (30 min), valuation (45 min), move-in or move-out inspection (1 h): each type of appointment has its own section and length. Set your availability and exceptional closures, and split your days into time ranges that leave time to reach the next property. The slots offered are calculated from these settings, with no double booking.

Synced with Google Calendar

The app and your agents' calendars stay aligned, both ways

Appointment booking syncs with Google Calendar both ways: a viewing booked in the app goes into the agent's calendar, and what they change in Google Calendar shows up in the app. Your agents keep the tool they already use.

One calendar per agent

Clients book with the person handling the property, not with the front desk

Create as many calendars as you have agents, each with its own hours, days off, exceptional closures and Google Calendar. Clients pick the agent, then the slot, and the viewing lands straight in the right calendar. On Saturday, the busiest day for viewings, appointments are booked without going through the switchboard.

Setting up your agency app: what you configure, in practice

Three settings in the back office so that a viewing request becomes a confirmed appointment.
  1. Your appointment types, with their length

Create one section per type of appointment: property viewing (30 min), home valuation (45 min), advice meeting at the agency (30 min), move-in or move-out inspection (1 h). Each has its own slot length.
  2. One calendar per agent

For each agent: their hours, days off, exceptional closures and their Google Calendar, which all of their sections are linked to. A viewing booked in one also takes up that time in the others.
  3. The booking form

Choose the fields asked when booking: property reference, budget, phone number, free message. The client confirms, and you both receive a confirmation email.

Also in your app

Need a mortgage calculator?

Try the AI Extension Builder: ask it for a mortgage calculator, with the property price, down payment, interest rate and term, and it builds it in your app, in your design. It's free.

Your listings, published or read live

Publish each property as an article, with photos, price and description, and place it on a map, or ask the AI Extension Builder for a section that reads your software's listings feed live.

A form that qualifies the request

Property reference, budget, phone number, preferred date: you choose the fields asked when booking.

A notification for every new property

With Automatic push, a push goes out as soon as a listing is published; others can be scheduled for the time you choose.

Contact in one tap

Your agency's phone number, email and address, together in a Contact section.

A design that looks like you

The GoodBarber design system applies your colors, logo and fonts to every screen of the app.

AI in your agency app

Three concrete uses, with their price.
To answer

An assistant that answers about your properties

“Do you have a two-bedroom with a balcony in this neighborhood?” The Chatbot searches the listings and content published in your app, and only there, then answers in the language of the question: useful with international clients.

To extend

A rental yield calculator, described in one sentence

Describe the section you want in the back office, for example “a rental yield calculator based on the price, the rent and the charges”, and the AI Extension Builder generates it in your app, in your design. The mortgage calculator is built the same way.
Free
To operate

A new property published from Claude or ChatGPT

The MCP server connects your app to the AI assistant you already use: you ask it to publish a new property and place it on the map, you confirm, it runs on your app.

The neighborhood agency with three agents

Each agent has their calendar and their properties. A client who spots an apartment in the app books straight with the person handling it, without going through the front desk.

Property management

Rental viewings are booked on the slots you plan, and the form asks about the applicant's situation before the appointment. Move-in and move-out inspections are booked like any other appointment, with their own length.

The home valuation as a way in

An owner who is unsure about selling books a valuation at a time that suits them. The following month, a notification about a new property in their neighborhood reminds them that the agency knows the area.

Three situations where an agency app makes the difference

What about yours? Create the app, switch on Appointment booking and test your setup for 30 days, no credit card required.

Real estate app builder: frequently asked questions

Which app builder should a real estate agency choose?

One that publishes native iOS and Android apps and puts viewing bookings, listings and notifications in the same subscription, with no third-party service to add. GoodBarber has done this without code since 2011. A mortgage calculator, or a section that reads your transaction software's listings feed live, is created by simply asking the AI Extension Builder.

Can an agency app handle viewing requests without development?

Yes. Appointment booking turns a viewing request into an appointment in the agent's calendar, synced with Google Calendar, with a booking form whose fields you choose. Each slot takes a single booking: an open house is announced as content, it is not booked. No code is needed.

How much does a real estate agency app cost?

A native iOS and Android app starts with the Premium plan, plus Appointment booking; the Pro plan includes it. The Standard plan, limited to the web app, does not offer Appointment booking. Hosting, notifications and updates are included; developer accounts are paid directly to Apple and Google.

Can I add a mortgage calculator to the app?

Yes, with the AI Extension Builder, free on every plan. Describe the calculator you want in the back office, for example “a mortgage calculator that works out the monthly payment from the price, the down payment, the interest rate and the term”: it generates the section in your app, in your design, and you refine it by chatting with it.

Can each agent have their own calendar?

Yes: create one calendar per agent, with their hours, closures and Google Calendar. Your clients pick the agent, then the slot.

Does the app send reminders before a viewing?

Not automatically: each booking triggers a confirmation email, to you and to your client. To announce a viewing day or a new property, schedule a push from the back office.

Does the app take a deposit or a fee when clients book?

No. Appointment booking records the booking, it takes no payment. Fees and security deposits stay handled at the agency, as they are today.

Can I connect the app to my transaction software or an MLS feed?

Yes, through the listings feed your software exports, if it publishes it at a web address: ask the AI Extension Builder for a section that reads this feed, and your properties show in the app as the feed describes them, each time the section opens. For the assistant to answer about these properties too, publish them from the back office instead, or import them from an RSS feed or a JSON feed in the GoodBarber format: the Chatbot relies on content published in the app. An MLS feed also comes with access and display rules set by the MLS: check them first.

Does the app replace my website and the property portals?

No, the three play different roles. Portals bring buyers and tenants who are looking for a property; your website presents the agency to people looking for it. The app is the channel for the lasting relationship: a client who installs it gets your new properties as notifications, books a viewing or a valuation in a few taps and asks the Chatbot their questions.
