Private classes, booked by your students

An hour or an hour and a half, at the studio or in the student's living room

The student opens the section for their class, "Studio – 60 min", "Studio – 90 min" or "At home – 90 min", and picks a free time. All three sections share your Google Calendar: a 90-minute class booked at noon also takes the 12 pm and 1 pm slots out of the one-hour section. The booking form, a single one for the whole app, asks for their level, what they're looking for (a tight lower back, flexibility, calmer breathing) and, in an optional field, the address, floor and door code: for home classes, you're the one carrying the mats upstairs. The student gets a confirmation email, so do you, and the class lands in your calendar with their answers.

Early morning, lunchtime, after work

Your hours follow the times people roll out their mats, and group class evenings stay closed

People practice before the office, over lunch or at the end of the day: at the studio, open 7 to 9 am and noon to 2 pm Tuesday through Thursday, then 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm, you teach in the room you rent: those evenings never open, and there's nothing to redo from one week to the next. Minimum notice is set section by section, 3 hours at the studio and 24 hours for home visits, so you can plan the drive. A training weekend, a retreat or ten days off, entered in your Google Calendar, close the slots they cover.

Three ways to teach, three paths in the app

Private classes get booked, corporate sessions get requested, retreats get announced. In all three cases, money changes hands outside the app.

What your students find between classes

The class sequence, in a short video

Tuesday's standing flow or the sun salutations from a private class, filmed in a few minutes and filed in CMS Videos: enough to practice alone on Sunday morning.

Your group classes

A "My group classes" page: the rented room and its address, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm, the level of each class. Nothing to book; just bring your mat.

Before the first class

Pregnancy, an injury, recent surgery: what students should mention when they arrive, with nothing to put in writing. Comfortable clothes, a light meal two or three hours before, bare feet on the mat.

The next retreat

The program for the spring weekend or the five summer days: venue, practice times, meals, rooms, and the pre-registration form right below.

Where to practice, on the map

The studio, the Tuesday and Thursday room, the park for summer classes: each place has its pin on the map, with directions in one tap.

How much does a yoga teacher app cost?

The native app comes with the Premium plan, which also publishes the web version; booking for private classes is an add-on. The Pro plan builds it in from the start. The Form for companies and retreats, like push notifications, costs nothing extra.
Premium · the teacher's app on iOS, Android and the web55€ /month, billed yearly
Private class booking, added to Premium15€ /month
Pro · class booking already included105€ /month, billed yearly
The Standard plan is limited to the web version, without Appointment booking. Apple and Google developer accounts are paid separately, directly to the stores, and your classes are still paid for outside the app.

Questions yoga teachers ask

Can my students book a spot in my Tuesday group class?

No. A booking takes the entire slot: Tuesday's 7 pm class would turn into a private class for the first student to book it. Leave Tuesday evening out of your hours and post the class on your "My group classes" page. Students come as they do today, or sign up for the term through a Form if you keep a roster.

How do I offer both 60- and 90-minute classes?

With two sections, one per length, linked to the same Google Calendar: each section offers a single length. The student picks "60 min" or "90 min", then the time, and a class booked in one closes the hours it overlaps in the other.

I teach in people's homes: how do I keep time to get there?

No setting counts travel time: it comes from the gaps you leave between two time ranges. Keep some mornings for home visits, Monday and Friday for example, and open the "At home – 90 min" section on those days in two ranges an hour apart, 8:30 to 10 am, then 11 am to 12:30 pm. Those mornings stay closed in the studio sections.

A company wants one session a week: how do I set that up?

Outside of booking, which doesn't repeat a slot from one week to the next. HR contacts you through a Form (number of employees, preferred day, available room, lunch break time); together you settle the agreement, Thursdays at 12:30 pm for 45 minutes. Take that hour out of your time ranges so nobody books it, and invoice the company outside the app.

How do I fill my spring retreat?

Post it early in the Agenda: dates, venue, the program for each day, meals, rooms. Below it, a pre-registration Form asks for practice level, dietary needs and room preference; each submission reaches you by email, and the list exports to CSV. Automatic push would only go out on the first day of the retreat, so schedule a notification yourself for the day pre-registration opens.

Can I sell my sequence videos in the app?

Yes, through Memberships: your filmed sequences become a paid section in the iOS and Android apps, on which Apple or Google take 15 to 30%. What people buy is access to videos, not a class: neither private classes nor a ten-class card go through it. Your free sequences can stay visible to everyone in another section.

Can a student pay for the class while booking?

No: nothing is paid at the time of booking. Students pay as they do today, at the end of class or with their class card, which the app doesn't count down. Put your rates and cancellation terms on a page in the app so they read them before choosing a time.
Private classes get booked; the rest of your teaching lives in the app
Private classes at the studio or at home, corporate sessions on request, retreats in the Agenda, sequences on video: your yoga teaching gets its own app, under your name on both stores and on the web.
