Find the app for your line of work
Each page starts from one line of work and its daily routine: what clients book, what they ask for through a form, what they find in the app, and what the app doesn't do. Pick yours, or the closest one.

Appointment booking, as it actually works
What it does
- One section per service or per person, each with its own slot length and opening hours.
- Every booking goes into the Google Calendar linked to its section, and a one-off event in that calendar closes the slots it overlaps.
- A minimum notice before booking and a booking window of up to 365 days, set section by section.
- A booking form with your own fields, and a confirmation email sent to the client and to you.
- Cancellation from the app or from the email: the slot opens up again and the event leaves the calendar.
What it doesn't do
- No payment or deposit at the time of booking.
- No automatic reminder: to give clients a heads-up, you schedule a push notification.
- One slot, one booking: no multiple seats and no waiting list.
- One slot length per section: a longer service goes through another section linked to the same calendar.
- No recurring bookings and no text messages: each appointment is booked on its own, and the confirmation goes out by email.
Frequently asked questions
My line of work isn't listed: can the app still work for me?
Yes, if your business runs on time slots. Start from the closest profession: appointment booking, forms and notifications work the same way; only the use changes.
How much does appointment booking cost?
It's a paid extension, available from the Premium plan and included in the Pro plan. The Standard plan, which only publishes a web version, doesn't offer it. The 30-day free trial requires no credit card.
Can clients pay when they book?
No. Neither payment nor deposit goes through the booking: you get paid the way you do today, at the appointment or through your own payment method.
How does the Google Calendar sync work?
Each section is linked to a Google Calendar. Bookings made in the app show up there with the form answers, and a one-off appointment, day off or training added to that calendar closes the slots it overlaps. Several sections can share the same calendar.
Does the app send a reminder before the appointment?
Not automatically. The client gets a confirmation email when booking; for a reminder, you schedule a push notification from the back office, for example the day before a busy day.
